  国内现在一般厂家生产的精密钢管的长度为2000～12000mm，对定尺和倍尽长度的规定为：精密钢管定尺长度及倍尺总长度应在通常长度范围内，当精密钢管的长度≤5000mm时，全长允许偏差为0～5mm；长度＞5000mm时，全长允许偏差为0～10mm，每个倍尺长度的精密钢管应留出的切口裕量为：外径≤159mm时，留出的切口裕量为5～10mm；当精密钢管的外径＞mm时，留出的切口裕量为10～15mm。

  在对精密钢管的外径要求上，一般对精密钢管的弯曲度应不大于3.0mm/m。外径大于16mm的精密钢管全长弯曲度按上屈服强度Reh的不同，应符合以下规定：Reh≤500MPa，≤0.15%L；Reh＞500MPa，≤0.20%L。如果精密钢管的供求双方经过协议，每米弯曲度和全长弯曲度可采用其他的规定。

  不圆度方面，精密钢管的不圆度应不大于外径公差的80%；当精密钢管的壁厚不均，供求双方应妥当协商。
